Turning
Established in 1992 by Barron Hefner, Hefner Automatic has 17 Automatic Screwing Machines, 2 CNC Turning Centers, Knee Mills, and Grinders. Specializing in production turning of small components such as pins, spacers, screws as requested up to 1 3/4" diameter in a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, and plastic.
Milling
In 2026, Hefner Automatic Machining has expanded its lineup with a CNC Milling Center. Operated by Noah Hefner, we are capable of producing milled components in a variety of materials such as steel alloys, Stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, and plastics.
